We've all been there. Whether it's straight away, when you are walking away from the house, or it's an hour later, when you've arrived at your destination. Sometimes you can't help but think.. 'Did I lock the front door?' It's a natural worry to get, so it's no wonder so many of us suffer from that thought. 'Surekey' though, could be about to change that worry.
'Surekey' is an add-on for your house key that let's you know if you have locked your front door. Red light on 'Surekey' - Door is Unlocked. Green light - Door is Locked. Easy! How does it know though? Well, 'Surekey' is packed full of tech to sense the movement of the key in your lock, so it knows when you've inserted it into the lock and when you've turned the key. Clever huh?!
It may be the same size as a normal key cover, but it is way more than just an inanimate object. 'Surekey' has some clever piece of technology inside, including a low-power processor, piezoelectric buzzer, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, an e-compass and a couple of LEDs.
I think this product is not only a fantastic idea, but has been executed perfectly! No longer will we have to have that dreaded thought again. "Did I lock the.... Sure I did!"
